Equipment and put in location are great. Steve is amazing with customer service and briefings, and his passion for paddling and the Credit river is contagious. Will be back for more wildlife watching - swans, ducks, blue herons and turtles were easily observable, but we didn't see the bald eagles nesting around the QEW bridge.

Exactly what I was looking for. I've been looking out the Go Train window for years thinking it would be cool to kayak this spot and I wasn't disappointed.Quite reasonably priced and easy. This is just operating out of a trailer in the municipal parking lot with no sign, so I wasn't exactly sure I was in the right place, but turned out I was. But having said that it didn't seem fly by night. Free parking right there!Steve (?) was super friendly and helpful. The Credit River was quite beautiful (who'd of thunk?) and the kayak I had let me go quite shallow so I got to explore areas I normally wouldn't have. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will come back with a friend. Highly recommend.

This is our 2nd time booking with Paddle On. We tried the sunrise paddles and liked it so much and decided to join the full moon meditation paddles a week later. Steve is super friendly, easy to talk to and very responsive. The standup paddleboards and kayaks are in really good condition. Even our dog enjoyed it, too!

I couldn't have been happier with our experience renting kayaks with Paddle On in Port Credit! Steve was great at informing the group on tips/tricks while on the water. We had the kayaks booked on a rainy day and Steve was great at accommodating us at a better time with less rain. Can't wait to rent again!

Rented 4 kayaks for 2 hours with the family and had a great time! Easy to book, Steve is very responsive and provides great service, kayaks are newer good quality and easy to use. 2 hours is all you really need as it gets shallow about an hour up the river.Lots of wildlife, we saw families of swans, geese and ducks as well as great blue herons and many other birds. Even though you’re in the middle of the city you feel like you are in cottage country as it’s very secluded. Thanks Paddle On for providing a great service!

Great service and a beautiful trip along the river!! The scenery was stunning and there was lots of wildlife, especially birds. We went in the evening for the 6:30 time slot and i would recommend this because it was so picturesque with the sun setting towards the end of our trip

Had a wonderful experience with Paddle On , rented a canoe with them and they were super accomodating. Our guide gave us lots of tips about paddling and what views we would expect by credit river. Highly recommend booking their equipment to travel down here and see all the wildlife.

Very helpful service. Quick replies. Was able to give us some bug spray that we forgot to bring. We had a great time.
